Our small but fine holiday home in the popular "Urb. Altea del Monte" of Blue Lagoon, is located approx. 3 km from the fine sandy beaches of "La Zenia" and "Campoamor", between the golf courses of - Villamartín - and - Campoamor - your holiday home has an open kitchen with the adjoining comfortably furnished living room. One bedroom and one guest room. The bathroom has a new walk-in massage shower. An additional outdoor shower rounds off the refreshment factor. The covered terrace in front of the house is ideal for a barbecue or a chat with friends. In the winter months, the balcony is ideal for sunbathing! In addition, there is also the sea view. The house is fully equipped. Blue Lagoon was created from 1986 and is one of the most popular holiday regions in this region. The view extends to the peninsula “La Manga”, over the sea and into the mountains inland. Shops, banks, restaurants ... actually everything you need can be reached on foot. It is only a few minutes by car to the sea and the fine sandy beaches. The infrastructure here can be described as very good. The mild weather in winter is very pleasant.
