The villa was completely renovated in autumn 2022, new thermopane windows with mosquito nets, new doors, floors and bathrooms. All rooms are air conditioned.

This tasteful villa with its 8x4 meter private pool is located in a well-kept, quiet residential area in the Blue Lagoon urbanization, near San Miguel de Salinas and the port city of Torrevieja. It's just a short walk through the park about 10 minutes to the popular bars, restaurants and various shops where you can get everything you need for everyday life.

The proximity to the sea and the beautiful garden with palm trees, oleanders and many Mediterranean plants immediately create a holiday mood. Cozy seating areas and atmospheric lighting underline the upscale flair of the villa.

Under the pavilion by the pool you can enjoy the peace and quiet and end the day. Here you will find the dining area with 6 seats and a nice lounge area. In the well-kept barbecue corner, which is directly adjacent to the terrace, you can prepare typical Spanish delicacies on a BBQ grill.

The breakfast terrace offers another seating option to start your day with the first rays of sunshine.

Kitchen: The new fitted kitchen offers everything you need as a guest:

Fridge/freezer combination, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, microwave, everything is there - so no wishes are left unfulfilled.

Here you can conjure up a delicious Spanish dish and really pamper yourself. A little tip: You can get freshly caught Mediterranean fish at affordable prices everywhere in the market hall in Torrevieja or at the Mercadona.

Living and dining room:  The living and dining area is divided into one large room. The dining room table offers space for 6 people, where you can enjoy cozy meals with atmospheric lighting. The comfortable upholstered furniture invites you to relax. The upscale equipment also includes a stereo system, flat screen TV, satellite TV and WiFi. The living/dining room is also equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Bedrooms: The villa has a total of 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own small bathroom with shower. The large bedroom with a view of the pool and the breakfast terrace, like the middle bedroom, has new double beds, large sliding wardrobes with mirrors, night tables, chest of drawers and air conditioning.

In total, the villa offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for six people.

Bathrooms: There are two high-quality bathrooms with windows available. One bathroom in the master bedroom offers a shower, sink and toilet, the same in a larger one with a washing machine in the second bathroom.

Getting there: It's easy to get to “Blue Lagoon” by plane. The closest airports are Alicante and Murcia, both airports are connected to the A-7 motorway and the N-332 national road. The La Zenia exit then takes you comfortably to your new home in the beautiful urbanization Blue Lagoon.
